What is ArtFelt? 

ArtFelt is an 9mm (3/8”) PET Acoustic panel that can be used to reduce noise in wall mounted, ceiling and freestanding applications.

 

Do you offer free samples?  

Yes, we offer a variety of free samples. We just ask our customers to pay for shipping, or provide a shipping account number.

 

What is your normal turn time? 

Most standard projects are produced 3 weeks from shop drawing approval (subject to material color availability).

 

Do you offer custom solutions?  

Yes, we can provide custom solutions to fit your project’s needs.

 

Is ArtFelt a sustainable material? 

Yes, one sheet contains over 200 recycled plastic bottles as well as being fully recyclable at the end

of its life.

 

Where do you fabricate your products?  

ARTIZIN’s manufacturing facility is centrally located in Texas for convenient shipping across the US.

 

Does ARTIZIN provide hardware?

Yes, we have developed an extensive catalog of hardware for mounting our products to walls and ceilings. A complete overview of our hardware can be found here.

How can I get a quote on a project?

What are your payment terms?

Without credit approval: 50% at time of purchase, and remaining balance upon shipping. With credit approval: 50% at shipping, and remaining balance net 30.

 

What is your warranty?

We warranty all our products against manufactures defects for a period of 2 years from the purchase. 

 

How do I clean my ArtFelt products?

ArtFelt products can be spot cleaned with a mild detergent and disinfected with a solution of 1/3 cup of bleach mixed with a gallon of water. See our full cleaning details here. 

 

Do you offer printed acoustic panels?

Yes, we can print your art on select ArtFelt panel colors.

 

Can I order products online?

Samples can be ordered online however to ensure our customers receive exactly what they need we will put you in contact with one of our experienced Product Curators to assist you with your project.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Currently ARTIZIN only ships products within the US.
